To Gather strictly prohibits any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse.
We prohibit any content, behavior, solicitation, or interaction that exploits, sexualizes, endangers, or abuses a minor. This includes real, manipulated, or implied content, as well as attempts to make contact for exploitative purposes.
What is prohibited
- Absolute prohibition of any content depicting the sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor, real or apparent.
- Prohibition on soliciting, manipulating, threatening, or sexualizing a minor on the platform.
- Prohibition on sharing, requesting, storing, promoting, or redirecting to CSAE content, including via messages, profiles, events, or images.
- Immediate removal of content and suspension or permanent ban of the accounts involved.
Our measures
Zero tolerance
Users involved in this type of content or behavior are permanently banned once the facts are confirmed.
Reporting to authorities
When required by law or when a serious risk is identified, we cooperate with the competent authorities and specialized organizations.
