What the pro account changes
Public outings
Only you can publish. A public outing shows up in Discover and on your profile, for everyone.
No limit on spots
A public outing takes as many attendees as it finds. Nothing to configure.
An account people can find
Your name comes up in the app's search, and your profile opens to visitors who don't follow you yet.
A thread only you write in
On a public outing, only you and your co-hosts speak. Attendees read your practical details without the noise.
Photos without a watermark
Photos from your outings come out with no To Gather mark: they are reusable as they are.
Entry management
Sign up with or without the app
Your customers book straight from your page. Those with the app join the event; everyone else receives a ticket by email.
One QR code per guest
Every guest gets a unique QR code. They just show it at the door to be checked in.
Check-in at the door
Your staff scan the QR codes at the entrance and validate attendance in real time, from the app.
How to switch it on
- 1
Install To Gather
The pro account is driven from the app, on iPhone and Android alike.
- 2
Open Settings, switch on "Pro account"
One toggle. Add your address: it shows on your public profile and pre-fills the location of your outings.
- 3
Create an outing and publish it
The "Public event" setting sits at the bottom of the creation form. It is on by default.
